  • Running a small production unit
  • Preparation of special breads and Viennese breads
  • Attending behind the buffets during the service
  • Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
  • Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures


  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or working experience compulsory
  • Knowledge of Viennese and special breads
  • Fluent in English is neccesary
