Missions
- Responsibility for the economic and qualitative results of your boutique (clothing, beauty cares, fashion accessories)
- Ability to listen and adjust to the client’s needs
- Organization of your boutique and the administration of the stock
- Application of Club Med’s merchandising rules and standards
- Creation of events (fashion shows, clearance sales, promotions…) to boost sales
- Management of an international sales team (2 to 10 persons)
- Integration of your team members within the Village’s team and identification of further needs in training and courses to accompany the improvement of their skills
Profiles
- Availability and international mobility from 12 months minimum
- Sales diploma mandatory
- Working experience of at least 2 years as a boutique manager handling haute couture or in the fashion department
- Big experience in organization and management necessary
- Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin is an added value

Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
